Hayley Teasdale

Hayley Teasdale is a PhD candidate in health and neuroscience at the University of Canberra, and a self-proclaimed neuro-nerd. She is a neuroscience graduate of the University of Melbourne and the Australian National University.

Originally from country Victoria, Hayley moved to Canberra in 2014 to study at the John Curtin School of Medical Research. Hayley now teaches Physiological Psychology and Developmental Psychology at the University of Canberra, and has a special interest in neuroplasticity and training the brain in new and innovative ways. Her research is in neuromodulation of the cortex in Parkinson’s disease.
