The Academy has launched an exciting new series of video podcast interviews with Australian scientists, and by the end of November the first three interviews had already received more than 1100 views on YouTube.
The Brain Box series aims to show the personal side of scientists and the huge range of people, personalities and fields within Australian science.
The series features short clips of scientists speaking about their passions, motivations, heroes and experiences.
The first three scientists to be featured in Brain Box are climate scientist Professor Matthew England FAA, venom expert Associate Professor Bryan Fry, and Prime Minister’s Prize for Science winner and epilepsy specialist Professor Ingrid Scheffer AO FAA.
One new video will be released each month and they are available for free on YouTube and iTunes.
