Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Fellowships (JSPS)

The JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship for Research offers Australian postdoctoral researchers the opportunity to advance their careers while contributing to research progress in Japan. This fellowship supports researchers across a range of fields, including physical sciences, life sciences, engineering, technology, and medicine. Applications are welcomed from candidates in any of these disciplines.

IUPAC Distinguished Women in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

This award is presented every two years. Awardees are selected based on excellence in basic or applied research, distinguished accomplishments in teaching or education, or demonstrated leadership or managerial excellence in the chemical sciences.

NHMRC Biennial Awards 2025

The NHMRC Biennial Awards celebrate leadership and outstanding contributions to the health and medical research sector. The awards recognise a group or an individual who has made a special contribution in an area of importance to NHMRC.

Wolf Prize

This award is given to outstanding scientists and artists from around the world. The nominations are by invitation only and are valid for three years. The scientific categories of the prize include medicine, agriculture, mathematics, chemistry, and physics. The Prize’s art categories include Painting and Sculpting, Music, and Architecture. The prize consists of a monetary award US$100,000 and a ceremony in Knesset, Jerusalem.
