The Australian Outlook Conferences are a high-profile activity that was proposed in the Australian strategic plan for Earth system science—To live within Earth’s limits: An Australian plan to develop a science of the whole earth system. This year's conference will focus on urbanisation issues for Earth system science.
Entries are now open for the EMCR poster session of the conference. EMCRs will have the opportunity to present and discuss their work over drinks and canapés on Monday evening, 8 December. Posters must be on a topic connected to Earth system science or urbanisation.
The first 15 EMCRs who register and submit their poster abstracts will receive a discounted registration fee of $150 and free accommodation for the 2 days of the conference.
The closing date to submit your poster abstract is Monday 3 November 2014.
