The EMCR Forum surveyed their members to canvass their ideas regarding the barriers and challenges that hinder the career progression and retention of women working in STEM sectors. Their responses are summarised in their submission to the Australian Academy of Science’s consultation, which will be used to develop the Women in STEM Decadal Plan.
