Frontiers of Science—Redefining healthy ageing together symposium provided an opportunity for early- and mid-career researchers (EMCRs) to showcase their research to their peers and form new collaborations. The event also provided opportunities for EMCRs and the public to engage and discuss their healthy ageing research priorities together.
This two-day event brought together Australian researchers from a variety of disciplines and sectors, with a focus on healthy ageing, to present their current research and share ideas. Redefining healthy ageing together further engaged researchers with members of the public, not as research participants but as collaborators who can add a valuable insight in to the design and development of research projects.
Redefining healthy ageing together took place on 8-9 April 2019, in the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) Auditorium, Adelaide.
