When our nation needs to make decisions on important issues such as managing pandemics, caring for world heritage ecosystems, addressing AI challenges, and providing world-class health care it is the Academy’s role to respond.
The Australian Future Science Fund was established to respond to these emerging needs and provides discretionary funds towards a wide range of capabilities to develop scientific solutions for challenges faced by our country.
The Australian Future Science Fund takes a sustainable approach to solving problems, where philanthropy can have a greater impact towards fulfilling the Academy’s mission. The future will require all our efforts to face the continued challenges ahead, to deliver science and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in Australia.
