Win a Regional Travel Award to attend Science Pathways 2016

As part of Science Pathways 2016: Future Leaders, we have received generous support for travel awards from a number of excellent sponsors. One of these awards is available through this ‘flash’ call to EMCRs working in regional Australia, and is kindly sponsored by CSL. Through this generous sponsorship the recipient will have travel, accommodation and meeting registration costs covered to attend Science Pathways 2016: Future Leaders. We are looking for an ambitious EMCR from a regional location who is keen to join us in Sydney for Science Pathways 2016.

Eligibility criteria and conditions

‘Regional’ is defined as any EMCR working outside of Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. We acknowledge that EMCRs outside of capital cities may have challenges that make this additional funding helpful to attend Science Pathways 2016.

Applications close strictly at 5pm AEST on Monday 8 August 2016.

Travel award funding is for one attendee only and will cover:

• return economy airfares to Sydney
• accommodation for 2 nights including breakfast
• registration to Science Pathways 2016
• taxi fares, public transport costs and parking fees directly related to getting to and from the conference.

The EMCR Forum will select the successful awardee based on the information provided by all applicants. The Forum's decision is final.
